Litewave Dave is on the road again showing the 2010 GKV-Delta kites. Jan 16-25th is the next demo days in La Ventana, Mexico. This windy desert is hosting the ‘Baja Classic' race, big-air, and brand-expo. The Baja lifestyle is incredibly laid-back and great riding. Like I always say "Ride fast and live slow".

I am really happy with the new Trix, i mainly use the 9m, I feel that the kite is more stable, flies and turns faster, in fact I put less drag on the tips, also the kite has more  back sweep, making relaunch better. take a look at the drawing to see what I have changed.
You can see the difference from 09 to 010.

It is important not to put to much back sweep, as more you put and lower your aspect ratio will be, making a slower kite. In fact from the beginning of the GK-Sonic, we have a High aspect ration delta shape. We have called the overall new shape of the Sonic and Trix the GKVDelta for its high Velocity Delta Shape, meaning speed and acceleration.

I am totally confident in the new Trix and Sonic as every aspect of the kites, going from the shape, the construction, the reinforcements, the leading edge sewing method, all of these very important point have been proved over the years to be very reliable.

From my last visit to the factory 2 weeks ago, we have set up a system to fix any production problems in very short time period, you just need to send us photos of the problem with your serial number, copy of your invoice, we will transmit to the factory, and under 48 h they will give tell us if the problem is covered by Warranty, if yes they will under 5 days produce the replacement parts and ship directly to the customer.

I think it is very impotent to always be able to get hold of spar parts, even not under warranty, to fix your kites even on older ones that you want to keep flying.

GK Bar:

Concerning the Bar in 2010, I have improved some points, I have just put a thicker elastic to have more resistance for when you release. For 09 resistance is good, you can make the resistance higher by shortening the elastic by moving the knot. Take a look:



The bar will be in a separate Bar bag with QR instructions directly printed on it.

Kiteboarding in Mauritius is not bad, the wind period il flom april to december, I mainly use 6 or 8 Vsonic or 9 Trix.

I love staying a few days on the spot with the GK catamaran.

This is a tip to adjust the A-KPO for Sonic 07and Vsonic 08 and 09.

	If you adjust the A-Kpo to F4 and F5 , that means the A-KPO line next to eash other then you will have the same adjustment as the first Sonic like in 06, with less bar pressure.
